Our Ruby teething rings are made using untreated raw beech wood and 100% BPA-free, food-grade silicone, including the soft silicone donut ring. The combination of natural wood and gentle silicone offers different textures for babies to explore as they learn to grasp, hold, and self-soothe.
The 15mm silicone beads are perfectly sized for younger babies, making them easy to hold and comfortable to bring to the mouth. The silicone elements are also fridge safe, providing gentle cooling relief for sore gums.

We currently ship Australia-wide.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been sent so you can follow its journey home.
Local pickup / markets
Keep an eye out for our pop-up shop days on our socials - these will also be listed at checkout when available.
Free pickup is also available in Doreen.
Lost or delayed parcels
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it’s in their hands. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost items, but we’ll always do what we can to help you locate your order and ensure it reaches you safely.

Because many of our products are handmade or personalised just for you, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. But if something isn’t quite right, please reach out, we’re here to make it right where we can.
Faulty or damaged items
We take great pride in our quality and packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details. We’ll happily offer a replacement.
Personalised & handmade items
Because the majority of our handmade and personalised pieces are made to order, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect details provided, or natural variations in materials (that’s part of the handmade magic!). Please double-check all names and details before placing your order.

Every Love April & May product comes with its own safety card outlining care and use instructions. Please ensure all safety information is read carefully and followed at all times.

Returns process
If your item meets the above criteria for fault or damage, contact us at hello@loveaprilandmay.com with your order number and details, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of approval.

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund.
