How long will my order take?
All of our products are handmade with love. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be created, checked, and packed.
During busy times or for personalised pieces, it may take a little longer, but I promise, it’s worth the wait.
Can I get something custom made?
Absolutely! We love creating one-of-a-kind keepsakes. Send us an email at april-may@outlook.com or message us on socials before ordering and we’ll chat about what you have in mind.
How do I know when my order has been sent?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped.
From there, you can follow your order’s journey all the way to your door (or your keepsake box).
My item is a gift - can you wrap it or include a note?
Absolutely! Just let us know at checkout, and we’ll wrap it with love and include a handwritten note from you.
Are your products safe for babies and children?
Yes! Safety is everything to us. Our teething and dummy chain products have all been independently certified as meeting Australian Safety Standards.
We source and use high-quality, food-grade, BPA-free silicone and natural beechwood, bamboo wood, bamboo and cotton fabrics- always safe, durable, and gentle.
Each item comes with its own safety card outlining care and use instructions. Please read these carefully and follow them at all times. All products must always be used under adult supervision, and we cannot take responsibility for misuse.
