Our felt ball garlands are a gentle finishing touch for nurseries, bedrooms, or family spaces easy to hang, easy to love, and designed to bring a little calm wherever they live.
Drape them along a wall, over a shelf, across a window, or above artwork. They’re subtle yet eye-catching, adding colour and texture without overwhelming the space.
Each garland is made to order, thoughtfully created in colours chosen just for you… a piece you can move from room to room as your child grows.
How to Customise
Choose up to 6 colours (or more if you wish - just leave us a note), then select your preferred length:

You can also add a matching garland to complement one of our mobiles for a beautifully cohesive look.
Materials & details
• Made using alternating 1cm and 2cm felt balls
• Crafted from 100% NZ wool felt
• Dyed using azo-free, eco-friendly, non-toxic dyes
• Felt balls ethically made by a certified fair-trade supplier in Nepal

If you have requested a custom made item, please allow 7 business days for your items to be crafted, quality checked, and packed with care.
During busy periods, personalised or custom pieces may take a little longer - we promise they’re worth the wait!

Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been sent so you can follow its journey home.
Local pickup / markets
Keep an eye out for our pop-up shop days on our socials - these will also be listed at checkout when available.
Free pickup is also available in Doreen.
Lost or delayed parcels
Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it’s in their hands. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost items, but we’ll always do what we can to help you locate your order and ensure it reaches you safely.

At Love April & May, every piece is made with care, love, and a whole lot of heart.
Because many of our products are handmade or personalised just for you, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. But if something isn’t quite right, please reach out, we’re here to make it right where we can.
Faulty or damaged items
We take great pride in our quality and packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details. We’ll happily offer a replacement.
Personalised & handmade items
Because the majority of our handmade and personalised pieces are made to order, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect details provided, or natural variations in materials (that’s part of the handmade magic!). Please double-check all names and details before placing your order.

Every Love April & May product comes with its own safety card outlining care and use instructions. Please ensure all safety information is read carefully and followed at all times.
Our products are designed with safety first and foremost, but they must always be used under adult supervision. We cannot take responsibility for misuse or failure to adhere to safety guidelines.
Returns process
If your item meets the above criteria for fault or damage, contact us at hello@loveaprilandmay.com with your order number and details, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of approval.

We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund.
